Replacement Policy

Effective Date: January 25, 2025

Please check the applicability for replacement below: 

1. Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that issues may arise during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and include clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement. 

Replacements will only be processed if:

  • The claim is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is returned in its original condition, including packaging, at the customer's expense.

4. Exclusions

Replacements will not be granted for:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or design due to the handmade/ printed nature of the products.

  • Orders that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

5. Replacement Shipping Costs

  • If a replacement is requested, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to us, and upon receiving the item, we will dispatch the replacement to the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.

7. Changes to Replacement Policy

We reserve the right to update this Replacement Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Effective Date."
